MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM

 

The two-year Management Trainee Program in Carlsberg Group is an exciting opportunity for junior professionals with enthusiasm for sales, looking for an exciting and exciting career with national and international exposure.  

 

You will be taken through various departments, business functions, and operations. Still, it’s up to your aspirations to create your career path in probably the best beer company in the world.

 

ROTATION LIFECYCLE

The program contains a cross-functional in the local company and an international rotation with various lengths. 

As a Management Trainee, you will start your program in one department, where you will spend your time learning the basics of the sales business. Then you will be rotated to another function where your responsibilities will be based on the learning-by-doing philosophy while also receiving extensive off-the-job training. The third rotation will be in a group-wide project in another market from our region, where you will have the opportunity to spend time with colleagues from different functions, areas, and hierarchy levels. 

 

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

This Management Program aims to grow internationally minded professionals who will be our future leaders within the Carlsberg Group. You will soak Carlsberg’s values and culture and become their ambassador. 

Also, you will be given a unique chance to work with some of the most recognizable and iconic brands on the international market.

Furthermore, you will be assigned a senior Manager who will act as your mentor and coach and inspire you during the 2-year journey. 

You will be part of a team contributing to making society better for the future by making brewing more sustainable.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN OUR FUTURE MANAGEMENT TRAINEE?

  • An inborn talent for sales and continuous striving for results
  • To have at least a completed relevant bachelor’s degree
  • To be fluent in English – both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated, spirited, and collaborative individual ready for opportunities and relocation
  • A problem-solver with strong business acumen

 

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

The recruitment steps for the Management Trainee include:

  • An individual in-person interview.
  • Online cognitive and personal tests.
  • Assessment center, including a business case in the English language.
